18 and 19 May 2023: Italian-French Seminar, Towards Enhanced Cooperation

The International Section of the French ACE Association dedicates its French-Italian Seminar 2023 to cooperation between France and Italy

On the occasion of the entry into force of the Quirinal Treaty signed on 26 November 2021 between the two states, the seminar will analyse the opportunities for cooperation for businesses and lawyers; in the post-covid era, the climate crisis and in a Europe devastated by the war in Ukraine.

In such a context, the role of lawyers is now more essential than ever for states and companies to assist them legally and enforce the rule of law.

We wanted to go to new horizons and offer you the following round tables:

  • the legal challenges of internationalisation and bilateral investment between France and Italy;
  • employee mobility between France and Italy;
  • ecological transition and social, sustainable and inclusive development;
  • the challenges and risks of the digital environment;
  • commercial justice;
  • the fight against corruption, money laundering and organised crime; and
  • the impact of international economic sanctions on companies in France and

An ambitious programme to share our experiences and weave professional and friendship relationships.

We chose Milan as the setting: the financial industrial heart of Italy, the capital of fashion and design, a city of culture and art, La Scala, Il Duomo…

Join us in Milan and benefit from two days of continuous training! (accreditation pending at the Milan Bar Association).
