ABOUT US

Italian International Lawyers or International Chamber is a non-profit association that gathers lawyers who mainly deal with international law in all its different applications: from Commercial and Business law with cross border implications to Private International Law, of national, international and European origin in all its operative fields; from Comparative Law of the European Union to Public International Law, including International Human Rights Law; from International Civil Procedure to the International Arbitration and the Alternative Dispute Resolution.

It also aims at emitting proposals to introduce in Italy specialised jurisdictional bodies and on purpose rules for disputes containing international elements as well as organising training that are consistent with the provisions in force in the Italian legal system regarding the forensic specialisations.
