From 3 to 19 July 2026, the Ravenna Summer School on Cross-Border Litigation and International Arbitration returns, an international event dedicated to the study of cross-border disputes and international arbitration. In an increasingly interconnected global context, the programme offers advanced training on crucial topics such as jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition of foreign awards and enforcement mechanisms, through an approach that integrates theory and practice.

Organised by the University of Bologna and led by Prof. Michele Angelo Lupoi, the Summer School brings together lecturers and experts from various jurisdictions, offering lectures, workshops and round-table discussions in a dynamic and international setting.
